186
Okay, obviously beer, fish, and pizza help me loose weight. Seriously, we ate out everymeal this past weekend. But I did pay attention to what I ordered and ate. For example, at Willies (a local pub) I usually would order a large fish sandwich, I ordered a small and still walked out satisfied. At AppleBees I chose the 7 ounce steak instead of the 10, & the steamed veggies instead of the baked potato loaded with butter & sour cream. I also have been working a ton in the attic attempting to finish things up. I'm happy to finally be a loser. Even if it is only a few pounds.

You really don't have to look close. It has not changed. 199 189. On a positive note, it did not go up. At least it is not a step backwards. I exercised a little more, but obviously not enough to make a big impact. I'm feeling a little better, but I want to feel better yet.
PS. Pardon the correction, I posted it with my enV touch and it added an instant 10 pounds to the weigh in. Who needs that kind of help…
Wednesday Weigh In: Week 1
Well, here goes the weigh in:
I’ll round up as I did last time to 189. That means I gained one pound. Obviously I did not make enough sound decisions during the week to make a difference. I know for a fact I need to do more exercising, I just having a hard time getting motivated to do it. But this is real and I want to feel better. I will start to walk three times a week and do some other form of exercising in the house on the other days. So I got to go to walk this afternoon before the girls get home. Thanks for visiting and have a blessed day.
